Looking for an experienced Laravel developer for first-party API development and an admin panel on Laravel Backpack. An innovative project utilizing OpenAI APIs for auto-moderation, auto-translation, and more.

Technology Stack
Frontend: Vue.js, Nuxt.js
Backend: Laravel (latest version), PHP 8.3
Admin Panel: Laravel Backpack
Storage: S3 for all uploads (files/images)
Enviroment: Docker (fully configured; just run make up and follow the readme)
Database/Queues: MySQL, Redis, Horizon
Minimum Functionality
Registration and Authentication: Email, Google, Facebook
User Dashboard: Personal information, Favorites, User messaging
Ad Management: Create/Edit ads (paid features will be added later)
User Messaging System: Direct messaging between users
Categories and Filters: Fully managed from the admin panel
Geolocation: Ads linked to cities/regions, managed via the admin panel. Uses Google Maps API or similar.
Automated Moderation: Ads are checked for spam or inappropriate content (text and images) using ChatGPT API.
Public User Profiles: Accessible to other users.
