Looking for an experienced Laravel developer for first-party API development and an admin panel on Laravel Backpack. An innovative project utilizing OpenAI APIs for auto-moderation, auto-translation, and more.

Tech Stack
Frontend: Vue.js, Nuxt.js
Backend: Laravel (latest version), PHP 8.3
Admin Panel: Laravel Backpack
Storage: S3 for all uploads (files/images)
Environment: Docker (fully configured; just run make up and follow the readme to get started)
Database/Queues: MySQL, Redis, Horizon
Minimum Functionality Before New Year
Registration and Authentication: Email, Google, Facebook
User cabinet: Personal information, Favorites, Messages between users
Classifieds Management: Create/Edit listings (no paid features yet)
User Messaging System: Direct messaging between users
Categories and Filters: Fully manageable from the admin panel
Geo-Location: Listings tied to cities/regions. Managed via the admin panel. Using Google Maps API or similar.
Automated Moderation: Ads are pre-moderated for spam or inappropriate content (text and images) using ChatGPT APIs.
Public User Profiles: Accessible to other users.
